Hey everyone! Sorry for not posting for a while, I have been busy traveling and getting all packed for college. I just realized I haven't posted any of my outfits on here yet, so here goes :) Here is my first outfit post:
I am obsessed with this outfit!!!! I wore this out to dinner in Vancouver the other day. It's definitely more of an urban, city look.

It's kind of hard to see in these pictures, but these pants are black and white checkered!! I saw them in Zara and immediately visualized them with an outfit like this. I don't know why I gravitated towards them, they are totally not something I would ever buy. I think it's totally awesome to buy items out of your comfort zone sometimes, they can honestly make your best looks. But, just make sure before you buy things like this, you actually think about if you will wear the piece. Think about items in your closet that you already have that you could pair with it.
SIDE NOTE: Zara in Bellevue Square has amazing sales right now, these pants were $10!!
I also love this simple black bodysuit from Aritzia. I think any girl going into college needs at least one bodysuit because they are so flirty and fun and can so easily be paired with pants, skirts, and shorts. The simplicity and femininity of the bodysuit paired with the more formal, somewhat masculine aspects of the pants makes for a funky, put together look.
The accessories are what makes this look rockin!!! These Nike shoes are maybe my favorite purchase ever. They literally go with every outfit, fancy or casual. I think having a pair of fun sneakers like this in your wardrobe is an absolute must. If you are at a loss for how to branch outside of your typical style and make your outfits a little more unique, a fun pair of sneakers is the perfect piece!! They automatically add a cool, new dimension to your look.

SUNGLASSES!!! OMG my obsession. I love love love cool sunglasses. And what I love most about them is you can find them anywhere for so cheap. I got these pink ones at H and M for under $10. I have gotten other cool ones at Old Navy and off the street in New York City. Sunglasses are another accessory that complete a look perfectly.
The other accessories I'm wearing in this look are my Kate Spade purse and black velvet choker. I love this purse because it's pretty basic but still a little fancy. It matches with most outfits. Chokers are so in right now, I love them!!! You can even make chokers yourself by getting string and beads at any bead store!

Well, those are all the deets on this look!! Hope you enjoyed! Stay tuned for more :)
